i cook a lot of chicken i do what my husband calls
    Milanesa

1- I mix egg and some seasoning in a bowl.
2- I put the chicken inside the bowl so it’s thoroughly covered with the egg.
3- Then I have crushed crackers and dip the chicken in there and have all the crushed crackers stick with the chicken.
4- I cook it on hot oil until it looks golden brown.
    :)
Add vegetables, rice or whatever you wand on the side
make sure you add vegetables though

There is so much you can do with boneless chicken breast . Here are a few examples Chicken tacos or burrito’s just cut into thin strips and cook until almost done add in some taco seasoning and onions and if you like mushrooms. simmer until done, It’s quick and easy.

Another easy one is make a good salad with mushrooms, onions, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, eggs, and top with Chicken. All you have to do the chicken is either bake in the oven until done, or boil on the stove top until done, I like to boil mine in chicken broth.

You can make chicken cutlets or chicken parm.
In one bowl put eggs and mix
In another bowl put bread crumbs
put chicken in eggs then in bread crumbs and then fry in a pan of a little oil till brown about 4 min. per side on med. heat serve like that or take your fav. spagetti sauce and put a little on each piece and some mozz. cheese and bake in the oven on 350 till cheese is melted

Another easy thing I make is the same chicken you just made make extra for another nite and then cut into bite size pieces then in a skillet take one green pepper sliced and 1 can of mushrooms drained and saute about 5 minutes in a pan then add the left over chicken to that and 1 jar of your fav. bbq sauce and cook till heated through and then serve that over rice

Another one is take your chicken and brown it in a pan with a little oil about 3 minutes per side then add 1 sliced onion and cook another 3 minutes then add about 1/4 cup red wine or red cooking wine and cook 2 mintes turning chicken once then add 1 jar of your fav. spagetti sauce and serve over pasta. Hope these help

Get some imported ham, Swiss cheese, and pound out the breasts lay flat, put a slice of cheese, slice of ham, roll up, coat with flour. Bake 325 degrees, for about 45 minutes. Check at 35 minutes to be sure it isn’t burnt on top. You have Chicken Cordon Bleu.

If you’re new at cooking, I would start off with shake ‘n bake - and pre-made seasonings like that. As you begin to get used to cooking and more comfortable with it, you can start experimenting with your own spices.

Option 1: Grill it! Flip it about every 8 minutes…
Add seasoning or BBQ sauce of your choice

Option 2: Dip it in eggs, then coat it in a mix of Italian breadcrumbs, parmesean cheese, and any other seasonings you’d like to add

Cook it at 350 for 25 mins, 40 mins if frozen

Option 3: Buy a bottle of marinade from the store
then follow the cooking directions above

    Peace!

I eat chicken a lot and I don’t like to spend a lot of time cooking. I’m actually making this tonight. This recipe is super easy and it’s only 3 ingredients.

    Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    Yellow Mustard
1 can of French’s Fried Onions

Rinse off the chicken and trim the fat. Coat each side with a small amount of the mustard. Put the FF Onions in a zip lock bag a crunch them up. Place each piece of chicken in the bag and coat with the onions. Place in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This is great paired with mashed potatoes and green beans.

    Gingery chicken breasts
Flatten the breasts slightly and marinate them at room temp for 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator in this mixture
    2 1/2 Tbs white vinegar
    5 garlic cloves, mashed
    2 tsp. grated gingerroot
    1Tbs. ground cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    black pepper to taste

When ready to cook, pat the breasts dry. They can be grilled, broiled, or pan-fried (which is what I usually do).
These are just a bit spicy, very flavorful, and enjoyed by everyone I’ve made them for.

Here’s a simple dish that I use on weekdays when I don’t have a lot of time. It takes only 45 minutes to prepare and cook and is very easy.

Smothered chicken w/rice and string beans

    Boneless & skinless chicken breasts
    cooking oil
gravy (homemade or jarred, whichever is handy)
    onions
    salt, pepper, garlic powder
    bagged rice
    canned string beans (no salt)
    can of herbed chicken broth

Preheat oven to 350degrees. Clean and cut breasts into individual strips. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Preheat dutch oven with just enough oil to coat bottom of pan. Brown chicken in single layers just on outside. (Do this with a few batches if necessary.) Pour out any excess oil and put chicken back into dutch oven. Slice a small onion and place on top of chicken. Add a little water to the dutch oven, cover and bake for 20 minutes. Then add gravy to oven and cook for an additional 20 minutes covered.

Meanwhile, cook rice according to directions. Feel free to season with a little salt, pepper and butter if you wish, or you can leave it plain. Put aside.

Rinse string beans and empty into small pot with herbed broth and cook thoroughly. (They will taste fresh!)

Arrange chicken, rice & gravy and string beans on plates and enjoy!

Boneless skinless, put in a glass baking dish and pour about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of Italian dressing over the pieces, if cooking more than 4, use a little more, and cover the dish with foil and bake at 350 F for one hour, check the chicken at 45 minutes, turn the pieces over and if needed, use the extra 15 minutes to finish cooking, covered. (If they are small and not to thick, they may be done in 45 minutes. Fork or knife should go through the chicken easily in the center of the piece.) You can clean and prick potatoes and bake them with the chicken for a side or make some white rice for a side. Serve a veggie, like green beans or asparagus or whatever, and if you want, bread. The “juice” in the pan tastes good poured over potatoes or rice or use as dipping sauce for the chicken and or veggies. For a drink, milk, or cranberry juice or blend with equal parts ginger ale or lemon lime soda. (The cranberry juice mixed with ginger ale will bite back a bit but is good! Use lemon lime soda for a little less bite. To make it sweeter, put just a small amount of raspberry sherbet in the glass. Mix all just before serving.)

The best chicken i have ever ate was,
    Dip chicken breast in buttermilk
    salt and pepper to taste
roll in flour and fry slowly with a lid over the pot.
(Tip) use a good name brand flour.
